Classroom Management Tools for a Teacher’s Toolbox
Specialized training and support to help school communities honor the personhood of each child and cultivate safe, life-giving environments where learning flourishes. Training integrates connected classrooms, a regulated learning framework, restorative practices, and Charlotte Mason's philosophy – equipping educators to foster both academic growth and the goodness of being.
Key trainers are Olga Robins, CMI School Support Coordinator, who brings many years in the classroom applying Charlotte Mason's pedagogy and methodology, and Ann Kumpf who brings extensive experience as both an occupational therapist and a nature educator.

virtual Option
- 30 minute onboarding with School Administration prior to scheduled training to learn about the school.
- Two scheduled Zoom trainings for school staff, one week apart for 1.5-2 hours long over Zoom on regulation and co-regulation strategies aligned with Mason's philosophy.
- Fee: $1200 includes onboarding call, sessions, and electronic version of resource materials.
In-Person Options
- Half or full day of classroom observation with feedback provided to individual teachers.
- 3-5 hours of focused training on regulation and co-regulation strategies aligned with Mason's philosophy.
- Fee Option 1 - Full Day Training: Includes half a day of observation and individual feedback and half a day of training: $2500.
- Fee Option 2 - Day and a Half Training: Includes observation and training split across 1.5 days for deeper engagement and feedback: $3000.
- Fees include preparation, delivery, and training materials. Travel expenses will be billed separately and agreed upon in advance.

Watch, participate in, and lead Charlotte Mason lessons. Then get encouragement and feedback. Countless aha moments happen when you can experience the feel of a Charlotte Mason morning of lessons, try to narrate yourself, and observe a master teacher standing aside to let learners interact with ideas.
Our immersions support administrators and group leaders in equipping their teachers to plan and teach Charlotte Mason lessons with confidence and joy.
We offer a limited number of in-person day or two-day immersions where we come to you, a hybrid immersion course for groups, and a virtual immersion masterclass for individuals. All options can count toward our CMC-Basic Certificate.

In-person or hybrid trainings allow us to customize the experience to your teachers and context. Although we only offer a limited number of personalized trainings each year, many school leaders find these opportunities an invaluable opprotunity to have someone outside their school encourage teachers, and provide feedback, and provide insight into Charlotte Mason's principles and practices.
